Solution Go to the Main Menu and select Settings.

Scroll down and select Mail.

Select Add Account...

Select Other.

Select which type of email account you want: IMAP, POP, or Exchange and add the following information to this page:

Name: Your Name
Address: youraddress@yourdomain.com
Description: Short Description

Incoming Mail Server:

Host Name: mail.yourdomain.com
Username: youraddress@yourdomain.com (your complete email address)
Password: yourpassword

Outgoing Mail Server:

Host Name: mail.yourdomain.com
User Name youraddress@yourdomain.com (your complete email address)
Password: yourpassword

Click Save.

Get back into the account and scroll to the bottom of that page and click Advanced. Add the following information on this page:

POP SETTING:

Deleted Messages:

Remove:
After one week

Incoming Settings:

Use SSL:
OFF
Authentication: Password
Delete from server: Seven days
Server port: 110

Outgoing Settings:

Use SSL:
Off
Authentication: Password
Server port: 2525


IMAP SETTINGS:

Mailbox Behaviors:

Drafts Mailbox:
As desired
Sent Mailbox: As desired
Deleted Mailbox: As desired

Deleted Messages:

Remove:
After one week

Incoming Settings:

Use SSL:
Off
Authentication: Password
IMAP Path Prefix: /
Server Port: 143

Outgoing Settings:

Use SSL:
Off
Authentication: Password
Server Port: 587

If these settings do not work, take a look at any error message to see if it talks about Password issues and make sure your server name, user name (your complete email address), and password are typed in correctly.
