After signing up for a hosting, email or domain package, you will receive a Welcome Email from Live Oak. This email contains all your login information for accessing your online services as well as your account information. This email is very important and you will want to keep this email for your records.

If, for any reason, you need to change your billing information, you will want go to the "BILLING ACCOUNT INFORMATION" section of this email and find the login information to access this area.

You will login to this area by clicking here. Once logged in, you will be able to access and update the following information:

-- Your name, contact information, and login password.
-- Hosting package and domain information.
-- Invoices, billing method, and credit card information.
-- Submit support tickets and access existing tickets.
